Icelandic Provisions is a U.S.-based dairy company and the sole producer of authentic Icelandic Skyr in the United States. Known for its thicker, creamier texture, Skyr offers less sugar and more protein than traditional American yogurt, making it a healthier and more satisfying choice. Renowned New York-based photographer Adrian Mueller was commissioned by Icelandic Provisions on multiple occasions to capture their family-size and single-serve products for marketing and social media campaigns. Adrian enlisted my expertise to help bring this project to life.
